Movie Night: "Secrets of the Surface: The Mathematical Vision of Maryam Mirzakhani"

Wednesday the 6th of March at 6:15pm we will be doing a movie night watching “Secrets of the Surface: The Mathematical Vision of Maryam Mirzakhani”. In case you didn’t know: Mirzakhani was the first female Fields Medalist. The event will take place in room 2.025 in the Computer Science Institute. There will be drinks at cost price and free popcorn! We will start the movie once everyone has gotten popcorn and drinks. 

This is an event for the occasion of the International Women* in Maths Day which is on the 12th of May. There is a talk and a pubquiz organised by the HCM for the same occasion right before our movie night.
