WoNiMS Meet and Greet-Celebration of Women in Mathematics

On the occasion of the May 12 Initiative, WoNiMS is going to organize a one-and-a-half-day "WoNiMS Meet and Greet Program," which is a joyous chance for the mathematical community to encourage an inclusive, friendly, and open work environment for everyone worldwide and to inspire women everywhere to celebrate their achievements in mathematics.

WoNiMS has been celebrating this day every year since 2019. This year, WoNiMS will commemorate the May 12 Initiative with this program on 23 - 24 May, 2025 (२०८२, जेठ ९ - १०) at Dhulikhel, Kavre, Nepal to continue and update its Vision, Mission, Goals, and Perspective on promoting mathematics and enhancing professional growth for women in Nepal. The program includes a talk on "Mathematics Behind Everyday AI'  and a workshop on Women and Mathematics: Workplace stress, Obstacles and Opportunities.
