The School of Mathematical Sciences at University of Galway (Ireland) is delighted to host an in-person event for the International Day of Women in Mathematics on the 12th May 2023.

The event features some light refreshments from 12-1pm and the screening of the documentary "Secrets of the Surface: The Mathematical Vision of Maryam Mirzakhani" from 1-2pm.
