To celebrate International Day for Women in #Mathematics,the UKAid funded Building Learning Foundations team in #Rwanda is convening a virtual event: Empower Girls in Mathematics: Start Early on 12 May at 9am (GMT) #IDWM @BLF_Rwanda

Activities will include;

One person registered in the country.

The event includes two activities

Increment of Wisdom in Decrement of Time (in Persian), a talk by Prof. Madjid Mirzavaziri (in Persian).  It concerns doing great things in a short time.

Projectiion of the film "Words of women in mathematics in the time of Corona"

Celebrating Women in Mathematics Moldova

On the occasion of the International Day of Women in Mathematics, we will be discussing with Alicia Dickenstein the reasons for celebrating  the 12th of May, her vast career,  her experience as a female mathematician in Argentina and the gender issues in the math community.
